We are seeking a highly skilled Design Analysis Engineer to join our team at Tractebel, a global leader in the energy sector. As a key member of our Radiological Characterization team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply strong capabilities with computer codes such as MicroShield, MCNP, and RayXpert, as well as in-house Python calculation codes.
  • Write technical specifications and follow-up on orders for the procurement of measurement systems and radiological campaigns.
  • Develop a strong expertise in the field of radiological characterization based on national and international references.
  • Deliver high-quality results on time, with support from technical training, coaching, and IT resources.
  • Verify work performed by colleagues to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Participate in regular meetings with colleagues to discuss workload, technical issues, project follow-up, and development strategy.
Requirements
  • Drive to become a technical expert in the field.
  • Master's degree or PhD in engineering or sciences, preferably in physics, with a strong technical background and a willingness to develop technical expertise.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Relevant experience (at least 3 years) in the nuclear industry, data processing, and analysis, or contract ownership.
  • Familiarity with IT tools and relevant software and codes.
