**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Freight Export Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Freight Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the export of goods, managing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the export of goods, including arranging transportation and managing documentation.
- Manage and update order management systems to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Liaise with operations teams and overseas offices to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Verify and ensure that all collection consignments are accurate and conform to correct information.
- Proactively resolve customer and colleague issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and provide KPI reports as required.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight export coordination or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including order management systems.
