Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and current information, which encompasses care plans, medication oversight, health action plans, safeguarding measures, and documentation of incidents.

You will collaborate with Health Professionals, ensuring that the principles of the Mental Capacity Act are integrated into all decision-making processes.

This position operates on a zero-hour contract basis, requiring flexibility to work various shifts between 08:00 and 22:00, including weekends and Bank Holidays, for which additional pay rates apply.
