Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring the smooth operation of these properties and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 350 residential units, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission to clients and management.
  • Coordinate and attend site visits, AGMs, and other meetings as required, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, surveying, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective problem-solving.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business growth strategies, contributing to the expansion of our property management services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of residential block management and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
