Position Overview

This organization is not a conventional high street estate agency, making this position distinctive.

No prior experience in property management is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Company Overview for the Junior Property Management Associate:

As a Junior Property Management Associate, you will receive hands-on training from some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the field and will assist in overseeing a portfolio of approximately 70 to 100 properties from the outset. You will conduct your own property inspections and have the chance to visit properties when issues arise. Regular communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors will be a key part of your role. This is a very interactive position.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Property Management Associate:


• Oversee a portfolio of 120 properties


• Conduct all property inspections


• Address maintenance concerns


• Issue legal notices, including section 21's and section 8's


• Follow up on rent arrears


• Manage all changes in occupancy


• Foster positive relationships with all contractors


• Keep landlords and tenants informed throughout the tenancy

Compensation Package for the Junior Property Management Associate:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Ranges from £22,000 to £25,000 per annum, based on experience

This role focuses on managing a portfolio of properties, so the selected Junior Property Management Associate must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a supportive capacity, collaborate as a team player, and possess the customer service skills necessary to excel in all aspects of the position.
