Job Title: Electronics Lab Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Lab Engineer to join our team at Raytheon UK. As an Electronics Lab Engineer, you will be responsible for performing functional testing and diagnostics of complex electronic assemblies within an engineering lab environment.

About the Role
  • Manage the engineering lab's test equipment calibration, lab material stock control, and support lab safety procedures.
  • Perform functional testing and diagnostics of complex electronic assemblies.
  • Assist engineers with test setup, wiring, and safety covers.
  • Manage contractors for onsite calibration and annual PAT.
  • Perform functional testing of electronic assemblies to aid Design Verification and Qualification.
About You
  • A qualification in Electronics, e.g., HNC/HND or higher.
  • Approximately 2 years (or more) experience in an electrical role in engineering.
  • Demonstrable skills in electrical wiring, electronics, and soldering.
  • Familiarity with electrical test equipment and methods of testing systems in an electrical lab.
