Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team at Nsc Global. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Monitor and control daily service call activity, utilization, inventory levels, and service levels.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Document all customer interactions within our CRM tool.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry enhancements and maintain knowledge levels.
  • Support the installation and implementation of connectivity and high-end systems products.
Requirements
  • Active Directory knowledge.
  • Exchange knowledge.
  • Apple OS knowledge.
  • Network and server hardware and components knowledge.
  • IT qualifications may include A+ Certification, Baseline OEM Certifications, PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in desktop area, and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
