Service Desk Support Specialist

At Areti Group | B Corp™, we're seeking a skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service desk support, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our users.

Key responsibilities include:
Handling 1st line support enquiries and resolving issues related to O365, Cloud services, desktop support, Microsoft applications, and other business systems.
Administering Active Directory, creating and managing user accounts and permissions.
Managing SharePoint and OneDrive, assisting with user access, permissions, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting any Microsoft application used by the business.
Setting up devices using Microsoft Autopilot and configuring laptops, tablets, and mobiles for new starters.
Disabling user accounts and devices securely and efficiently.
Maintaining clear and detailed documentation of support interactions, resolutions, and system configurations.
