Air Traffic Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Traffic Controller to join our team at Marshall Airport. As an Air Traffic Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and expeditious air traffic control services to all aircraft operating under Instrument and Visual flight rules.
- De-conflict aircraft from vehicles and other obstructions on the ground while operating at all times within the limitations of their ATC license.
- Ensure that all services are provided in conformance with Regulatory Standards and local airport instructions.
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure the smooth operation of airport services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Hold a UK CAA Air Traffic Controller's license with APP rating and ideally ADI, APS rating.
- Hold a current UK CAA Medical Certificate.
- ATCO Level 6 English language proficiency.
- Met Observers Qualification.
- OJTI, UCA Endorsement.
- Verifier/Evaluator Qualification.
- Validated ATCO Class G Airspace experience.
- Experienced OJTI and/or unit training officer.
