Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at MATTHEW OLIVERS LTD. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in telecoms and technology to drive growth and revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our technology team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the telecoms and technology sectors.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Business Development Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Telecoms and Technology Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in the telecoms and technology sectors, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: High level of self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
