The Commercial division of SF Recruitment is in search of a seasoned Senior HR Manager to provide interim support for a prominent FMCG organization.
As an integral member of the senior leadership team, you will be tasked with steering the human resources strategy and spearheading various HR initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Strategic Development:
- Propel the human resources strategy and oversee significant HR initiatives.
- Manage transformation projects focusing on cultural enhancement, core values, behaviors, and personnel development.
- Cultivate a coaching culture that empowers individuals to achieve high performance.
- Direct employee engagement initiatives.
- Administer communication strategies effectively.
- Supervise employee relations cases, conduct, and performance evaluations.
- Guide and mentor a team of HR professionals.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
- Manage a variety of HR generalist responsibilities including change management, presentations, project oversight, budget management, and line management.
- Leverage advanced IT skills to optimize HR processes.
Essential:
- CIPD Qualified.
- Comprehensive HR Generalist experience with a background in coaching, change management, presentation skills, project oversight, budget management, and line management.
- Proficient IT skills.
- A positive, passionate, and commercially savvy HR leader.
- Experience within the FMCG, food production, or manufacturing sectors.
