Apprentice Insurance Broker Opportunity

Our client, a leading Lloyds Insurance Broker, is seeking an Apprentice Broker to join their growing Live Events Broking team in London.

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring that their insurance needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support management and colleagues in delivering excellent customer service
  • Develop a thorough understanding of insurance principles and the insurance broking market
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and third parties
  • Process and submit client documentation to insurers
  • Dispatch policy documentation to clients
  • Update records following changes or amendments to risk details
  • Pursue and secure outstanding renewal premiums
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • On-target or completed 3 A-Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above)
  • At least 5 GCSES (Grade C or above)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team or individually
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
