Senior Financial Reporting Specialist

Eames Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Specialist to support the growth and development of our business.

  • Lead a new financial reporting team to ensure smooth transition from project to BAU reporting across UK GAAP, Solvency II and IFRS17.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address financial reporting requirements throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial reporting strategies to meet business needs.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial reporting experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
