Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to join our team at de Le Cuona. As a Showroom Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to our Sales Team and Showroom Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our showrooms in Belgravia and Chelsea Harbour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Showroom Manager, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and general office duties.
- Assist with showroom merchandising and upkeep, ensuring that our showrooms meet the highest standards of de Le Cuona.
- Manage and maintain our samples library, ensuring that clients have access to the latest and greatest products.
- Follow up with clients on sample orders and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control, ensuring that our showrooms are always fully stocked and ready for clients.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients, greeting them upon arrival and ensuring that their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a showroom or retail environment, preferably in the interior textiles industry.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work between our Chelsea Harbour and Belgravia showrooms.
