Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior User Experience Designer to join our team at Autodesk. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our next-generation cloud solutions serving the construction industry.
Responsibilities- Create compelling user experiences through wireframes, conceptual diagrams, task flows, storyboards, prototypes, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define great experiences from initial concept through successful implementation.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to drive successful implementation of user experience design specifications.
- Advocate for human-centred design principles and practices within the organization.
- Lead design-thinking exercises to break through organizational silos and collaboratively solve complex design challenges.
- 4+ years of professional design experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Quality portfolio of recent professional User Experience project work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas to their essence.
- Comfortable in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in human-centred design methods and practice.
- Demonstrated experience in research, including interviews, ethnography, user testing, etc.
- Experience applying UX within Agile development environments.
- Experience working with 3D graphics and/or Autodesk products.
- Experience with user research, analytics, and remote testing platforms.
- Experience in large, distributed, enterprise organisations.
