The Graduate Construction Project Manager Role

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, working on a range of commercial projects across the UK, particularly in the Logistics and Hotel/Leisure sectors. They will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including site visits, client meetings, tendering, and contract administration.

As a multidisciplinary consultancy, Brandon James provides Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, and Project Management services, offering an excellent opportunity to gain expertise in each area and become a well-rounded Project Manager.

The new Graduate Project Manager will be dedicated to achieving chartership and will benefit from strong internal support from senior management, a dedicated internal programme, and fantastic industry support and development.

The Graduate Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A Construction related degree qualification (construction or project management, quantity surveying or building surveying is highly desirable)
  2. Previous experience working with a UK Construction Consultancy
  3. Experience in Logistics or Hotel/Leisure projects
  4. Confidence in client-facing roles and working with internal teams
  5. Friendly, approachable, and has a can-do attitude
