Project Solar UK is seeking a highly motivated and skilled In-House Sales Executive to join our dynamic solar team. As a key player in shaping a greener tomorrow, we empower communities with eco-friendly solutions and take pride in being a leading solar panel installer in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle hot leads and provide solar quotations to residential customers over the phone.
  • Design solar systems using specialized software to create optimal energy solutions for residential properties.
  • Explain the benefits of solar energy systems, including cost savings, environmental impact, and long-term value.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure all customer interactions and sales pipeline updates are accurately recorded.
  • Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service and proactive sales management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a direct sales role.
  • Experience in solar design and quotation software is highly desirable but not essential—training will be provided.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant sales software.
