The Service Sales Consultant sells company products or services in an assigned area or territory. This role develops sales leads and creates new customers, builds business relationships with new and existing customers with full knowledge in the products and services being offered to the customer.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Achieve revenue objectives and mutually agreed strategic goals & initiatives.
- Manage assigned leads and/or accounts via telephone, computer and site visits.
- Prepare and issue all contract proposals for inquiring customers.
- Develop leads to increase sales revenues in order to meet assigned quota.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with customer sales issues.

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist team members (Logistics, Production, Purchasing) with project issues.
- Manage personal sales database via Salesforce software system.
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, establish and meet customer needs, build relationships and understand specific business requirements.
- Negotiate sales contract, close the sale and prepare written contract documents.
- Proactively recommend, sell and order spare parts and supplies to clients.
- Enter service/repair orders, including but not limited to codes and quantities for internal logistics to gather, pack and ship to the client site

**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma from five-year college; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination in a Sales related field
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
