Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough surveys of technical assets within the building, utilizing drawings and existing documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date drawings reflecting the current state of all assets.
  • Collaborate with the asset register, cross-referencing information from old documents to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure that Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are current and effectively implemented.
Your Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in commercial building maintenance. You will possess:

  • A proven track record of success in managing and maintaining complex building systems within a commercial environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Technical Asset Management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
