Facilities Team Leader Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Facilities Team Leader to join our team at a Static Site in Irvine. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of our site, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all planned maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Respond to and resolve any unplanned maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner, minimizing downtime and financial penalties.
  • Supervise and control all electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including small work and variation requests.
  • Required to cover on-call duties.
Requirements:
  • Must have successfully completed a recognized Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship and have previous experience in a similar role.
  • Be competent to supervise and undertake maintenance duties on building service systems and equipment.
  • Familiar with the type of systems and equipment on which work is required to be undertaken.
  • Possess technical knowledge and sufficient experience to avoid any danger presented by the work to be undertaken.
  • The ability to pass a Standard Disclosure Scotland check.
