Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. as a SIPP/ISA Product Support Expert. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our SIPP and ISA product services, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Support and Development: Collaborate with internal departments to improve and re-engineer our SIPP and ISA products and services, ensuring compliance with FCA, HMRC, and CASS requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with rules, regulations, and legislation affecting SIPP and ISA accounts, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver MI reports on account performance and activity, as requested by senior management.
  • Client Service: Handle queries related to SIPP & ISA accounts, ensuring excellent client service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of our SIPP & ISA offerings, ensuring company strategies, objectives, and client service levels are consistently met.
Requirements
  • Operational Experience: 3+ years' experience in SIPP & ISA operations, with a strong understanding of pension administration and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Growth: Experience in growing a SIPP business within the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for pension administration, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data processing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Business Management) and a qualification in pension administration or a related field.
