The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of success in financial strategy, planning, and execution. They will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage and develop the finance team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the management team to inform business decisions.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in finance with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA/CIMA) with a strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Financial Leader or in a similar role, ideally within the construction sector.
  • Strong strategic experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent IT skills with experience in financial software and systems.
