Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor to join our team at Yours Clothing Limited. As a Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Sales: Identify opportunities to increase sales and individual customer purchases, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, providing a first-class service, and building strong relationships to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Till Operations: Operate the till, handle financial transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Stock Management: Replenish stock with our fantastic products and specialist brands, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
  • Delivery and Stock Handling: Assist with deliveries and stock handling on a regular basis, working efficiently to meet business needs.
  • Cleaning and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Personal Development: Take responsibility for personal development, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Personality: A warm, friendly, and engaging personality is essential for this role.
  • Motivation: A high level of motivation and a desire to succeed, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work well within a team, using own initiative and adapting to frequent change.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact is highly desirable.
  • Retail Experience: Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion is essential for this role.
