We have a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational Head of Brand and Product to really make a difference in this newly created role. Reporting directly into our BEO, you will be responsible for the overall brand awareness, perception and positioning for Nespresso UK&I. You will orchestrate the definition of our brand positioning, creating compelling marketing campaigns and develop meaningful partnerships to bring our value proposition to life. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and the ability to translate insights into impactful advertising campaigns working with your team to drive success.

A day in the life of the Head of Brand and Product ...
This is an exciting role where your expertise will drive the strategy of the brand whilst aligning with our global brand strategy and identity. You will provide both physical as well as digital content and brand experiences ensuring consistent brand visibility and messaging across all touchpoints. You will also:
- Establish the overall brand awareness for Nespresso.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns to bring our value proposition to life.
- Establish local meaningfulness and fuel brand position through relevant brand partnerships.
- Drive the local brand ambassador and influencer strategy.
- Establish the brand experience & coffee discovery at our (physical) venues, retail and trade touch points.
- Contribute towards defining and guiding the market on their MBS, OP and Budgets from a Marketing perspective to achieve specific business goals.
- Build a passionate team of brand builders by attracting and retaining talent, developing the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities.
What will make you successful?Having already developed a successful career in brand and product marketing, you will have proven experience working in a luxury and fast-moving environment, leading the marketing department. You will be a passionate and inspirational leader with excellent coaching and motivational skills to drive and develop your team.
You will also have:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative strategies and advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and experience with digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
