  6. Utilising social media to drive business and protect the brand image.
  7. Delivering the brand strategy and local plan.
  8. Planning and implementing local marketing and events initiatives.
  9. Ensuring excellent service execution and a zero consumer complaints mindset.
  10. Representing the brand values and leading by example.
  11. Managing refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines.
  12. Staying knowledgeable through digital tools.
  13. Developing a consumer recruitment and retention strategy.
Operations

The Account Lead, Digital is responsible for ensuring excellent standards in all areas, including:

  1. Planning to deliver excellent standards at all times.
  2. Reviewing retail standards daily to ensure they meet the required standard.
  3. Ensuring deliveries, stock movements, and administration are completed within agreed timeframes.
  4. Implementing auditable processes and administration in line with company guidelines.
  5. Providing accurate and timely information requests.
  6. Minimising stock loss by implementing security policies and procedures.
  7. Creating a safe working environment for consumers.
  8. Ensuring health and safety responsibilities and operational activities achieve a minimum grading of 'Acceptable' during audits.
Commerciality

The Account Lead, Digital is responsible for managing daily replenishment, maximising sales performance, and:

  1. Planning and delivering visual merchandising layouts.
  2. Identifying stock package issues and taking corrective action.
  3. Effectively managing promotions and discounts.
  4. Identifying trends and suggesting enhancements to product performance.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment.
  2. Ability to drive self-development.
  3. Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry.
  4. Effective communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
