Job Title: Academic Quality Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Quality Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead a small team of quality professionals to achieve quality objectives and improve processes.
  3. Client Facing: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their quality requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Operational Support: Provide guidance and support to operational teams to ensure quality management practices are embedded in their work.
  5. Supply Chain Management: Work with the supply chain to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Develop and maintain effective reporting and communication systems to ensure quality performance is tracked and reported.
  7. Pressure Management: Work well under pressure to meet quality objectives and deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Security Clearance: Previous experience with security clearance is desirable.
  2. LTQR Understanding: Understanding of LTQRs (Learning and Teaching Quality Requirements) is highly desirable.
