Job Description

Role Overview

The Academic Quality Assurance Manager will play a crucial role in promoting and upholding regulatory compliance and best practices in delivering Apprenticeships and Higher Education. This includes managing academic quality and standards, overseeing Higher Education and apprenticeship data, and ensuring the quality assurance and enhancement of our client's educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain regulatory compliance with various frameworks, including Ofsted and funding rules.
  • Support student compliance processes and collaborate with different teams on projects.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to enhance educational programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance in the Higher Education sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory expectations, including OfS/QAA/ESFA/Ofsted.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of between £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, allowing for up to 90% remote work.
