Residential Refurbishment Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile residential refurbishment project in West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the company and uphold its reputation.
Project OverviewThe project involves the conversion of a former commercial building into a music recording studio, art gallery, and boutique restaurant space. The scope of works includes structural alterations, basement excavation, specialist acoustic installations, extensive M&E packages, and high-quality finishes. The client has a strong and long-standing relationship with the company, and the project is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join a highly respected and established contractor.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the project from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Lead a team of tradespeople and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and scope.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the project is delivered safely and efficiently.
- Proven experience in managing high-end residential refurbishment projects, with a strong understanding of sequencing and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company and uphold its reputation.
- Advanced IT skills, with proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
