We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our residential refurbishment team at Reinforced Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing residential refurbishment projects across London, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Manage residential refurbishment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on project scope and timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management software.
