Job Purpose:The role of the Payroll Officer is to deliver a high-quality payroll service, ensuring all allocated payrolls are produced in accordance with agreed procedures and performance indicators.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Collect and collate authorised data from clients relating to payroll processing.
- Run the Gross to Net report, ensuring full checks are completed, and investigate and correct queries resulting from validation reports.
- Dispatch accurate draft payroll reports on time to all clients, ensuring this is communicated to each client.
- The ideal candidate will have payroll processing experience and excellent communication and customer service skills.
- iTrent Payroll Experience is desirable.
- A collaborative team worker with a flexible approach to working in a bureau setting is essential.
- Generous annual leave allowance of 36 days (28+8 bank holidays) +1 for every year of service (up to a maximum of 5)
