Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Paddle Sports Instructor to enhance our Outdoor Education program. This part-time role involves leading paddle sports activities across various age groups and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging paddle sports coaching sessions.
- Adapt instruction to meet the needs of participants.
- Collaborate with the Outdoor Education team to ensure a comprehensive program.
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in coaching paddle sports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Working Hours:
This position requires availability for 2 to 4 afternoons each week, with hours varying based on seasonal demand.
