We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team at Braywick Leisure Centre. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes and sessions to our members, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver fitness classes and sessions to members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience
- Develop and implement new fitness programs and initiatives to engage members and promote a healthy lifestyle
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to member queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with the fitness team to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives
- Relevant qualifications and experience in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
- DBS Disclosure required
