About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellness Concierge to join our team at 4Leisure Recruitment. As a Luxury Wellness Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our residents and their guests, ensuring that our facilities consistently meet the highest luxury lifestyle standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Provide personalized and attentive service to residents and their guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain Luxury Standards: Ensure that our facilities are consistently maintained to the highest luxury standards, including cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Foster a warm and welcoming environment that makes residents feel at home, and encourages them to live their best lives.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored service to meet their expectations.
  • Promote Spa Services: Effectively promote our spa services to residents, highlighting the benefits and unique experiences that we offer.
  • Manage Spa Bookings: Manage spa bookings and appointments, ensuring that residents have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that our facilities and services meet the highest health and safety standards, and that residents are aware of and comply with these standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Have a keen eye for detail, and be able to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
  • Service Excellence: Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a commitment to exceeding resident expectations.
  • Teamwork: Be a team player, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to effectively manage and resolve any issues that may arise.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £27,352 per year.
