About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at The Cosmetics Company Store. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a unique and inspirational in-store experience for each customer
  • Lead by example and use outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate the sales team
  • Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis

  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable
