About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Product Manager to join our team at TalkTalk. As a key member of our product squad, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products and features that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with our company goals and customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the air conditioning industry.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product designers, tech leads, developers, and testers.
  • Launch and Deployment: Oversee the successful launch and deployment of new products and features, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize product performance, leveraging data and customer feedback to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
