Job Title: Lead Product Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, customer-centric experiences from concept to launch within one of our product squads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of Bupa's customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product designers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply this knowledge to improve our design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product design with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
