Job Title: General Operative

We are seeking two General Operatives to join our team on a marine defence contractor site in Canvey Island, Essex.

Job Summary:

This is a 6-week + contract with a pay rate of £160 per day. You will be working on a tidal shift pattern, starting no earlier than 0600hrs and no later than 1300hrs, with shifts known in advance on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general duties such as moving materials, raking asphalt, and banking plant.
  • Work closely with the site team to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Hold a current CSCS Card and a traffic marshall card is preferable.
  • Wear full orange PPE and have a good understanding of Health & Safety.
Requirements:
  • A current CSCS Card.
