As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for working with vulnerable adults, providing support and assistance to ensure they have the best possible care and opportunities for growth and development. You will have the opportunity to work closely with adults from various backgrounds and ages, including those with behavioural issues, and complex needs.

To be considered for this role based in Canvey, you must have experience working with adults, particularly those from challenging backgrounds. You should be patient, empathetic, and able to establish positive relationships with adults. Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude are also key to excelling in this role.

Shift Patterns are:

- Monday -Sunday
- Early Shift: 07:00 to 15:00
- Late Shift: 15:00 to 23:00
- Sleep in: 23:00 to 07:00

The annual salary is £23,106.72 plus £40 per sleep in

Salaries may vary depending on qualifications and experience.
