About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at BK Plus. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in building partnerships with management and providing hands-on advice on a range of people-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support to management on resolving people-related matters, including employment relations issues and HR policy implementation.
  • Lead and resolve complex employment relations issues with confidence and expertise, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to promote best practice and drive cultural alignment during acquisitions.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business, providing timely and engaging information on various HR issues or updates.
  • Support HR strategy implementation to align with business goals, including policy development and documentation.
Requirements
  • Strong background in providing HR support services, ideally within a business partner role in a rapidly growing or acquisitive environment.
  • Confident in leading and resolving complex employment relations issues, with a focus on integration and cultural alignment.
  • Clear communicator, able to build relationships across all areas of the business.
  • Self-driven to manage your own workload and set work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing and able to travel across the UK as required.
  • Excellent IT skills.
