Job Summary:

The Job People Limited is seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to employees and managers on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Policy and Procedure Management: Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. HR Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest HR laws and regulations, ensuring that our department remains compliant.
  3. Recruitment Support: Play an active role in the recruitment process, including job posting, conducting telephone interviews, and communicating job offers.
  4. HR Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and reporting on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction levels.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide general administration tasks on HR software to assist in the smooth running of the department.

Requirements:

  1. Previous HR Experience: Previous HR experience is highly desirable.
  2. CIPD Level 3: Ideally, you will hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
  3. Human Resources and Personnel Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources and Personnel is an advantage.
