About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at BK Plus. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in building partnerships with management and providing essential HR services to our UK-wide business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support to management on resolving people-related matters, ensuring alignment with our organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to promote best practice and drive business outcomes.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Create policies, procedures, and documentation as required, maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Strong background in providing HR support services, ideally within a business partner role in a rapidly growing or acquisitive environment.
  • Clear communicator, able to build relationships across all areas of the business.
  • Promoter of best practices in HR, with a focus on integration and cultural alignment during acquisitions.
  • Strong HR legislative knowledge, with the ability to apply it in a practical and effective manner.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing and able to travel across the UK as required.
