Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a team to manage a designated workload, maintaining accurate records and accepting accountability for your actions.
- Provide patient-centered care, utilizing your skills and knowledge to evaluate patient progress and make informed decisions about treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and support the development of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy staff.
- Contribute to service developments and training initiatives, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
- Undertake administrative and housekeeping duties to support the Therapy service, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Relevant Level 4 qualification (Diploma level) or equivalent Foundation degree, HNC.
- Experience as a senior therapy assistant or senior healthcare support worker in a hospital or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with close supervision and support from qualified team members.
- Proven ability to use initiative and recognize own limitations, seeking further assistance when necessary.
- Commitment to supporting the Trust's values and contributing to a culture of excellence.
