**Financial Business Partnering Lead Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Financial Business Partnering Lead to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Head of Finance and other business stakeholders to provide strategic project analysis and support.
  2. Oversee and lead the delivery of the financial business partnering function and its team members, ensuring effective performance and professional development for each team member.
  3. Represent the Finance function within programmes and projects, and contribute towards the Finance Business Partner model, ensuring its benefits are highlighted and implemented across the organization.
  4. Lead on financial forecasting and profiling, working closely with all stakeholders to advise and guide business strategy.
  5. Assist the Financial Accounting and Management Reporting Lead with planning, consolidation, and reporting of financial position through the required quarterly management accounts, month and quarter end, as well as financial year end reporting.
  6. Oversee the process for month financial reports for budget holders and project leads, agreeing timely deadlines and providing regular updates to necessary stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA or equivalent) with demonstrable exposure within a senior financial business partnering role and experience of managing a team of finance business partnering professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Ability to positively influence stakeholders and provide strategic financial advice, taking the lead on financial forecasting and profiling and developing a long-term financial plan for the organization.
  • Experience of overseeing the monthly financial reporting for budget holders and project leads, agreeing deadlines and providing regular updates to the Head of Finance.
  • Experience leading on finance business partnering relationships and facilitating effective collaborative and proactive working amongst the team.
  • Strong on compliance and governance, policies, processes, and controls.
  • Experience using Xero accounting software is a bonus, but training will be provided.
