Telesales Account Manager

PHS Direct is seeking a driven and personable Telesales Account Manager to join our thriving sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building rapport with business customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services, ultimately driving sales growth.
What We Offer:- Competitive base salary of £25,000 with realistic OTE of £38,000
- Monday to Friday working hours, no evenings or weekends
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- Uncapped commission structure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our product range and services.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the consumables industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
