Job Opportunity

Brakes UK is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join their remote contact centre team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention, growth, and development of a portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop profitable sales growth across existing customer base by:
  • Understanding customer needs and preferences
  • Identifying new business opportunities and working collaboratively with colleagues to convert and onboard them
  • Proactively managing customer retention and reducing churn
  • Growing share of wallet and building a pipeline across product categories
  • Up-to-date product and service knowledge
  • Actively managing risk within the customer base, including lost sales and credit exposure
  • Developing account plans and contact strategy to maximise customer contact and foster robust customer relationships
  • Commercially aware and able to interrogate, interpret, and act upon various data sources

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a structured sales or telesales environment

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
