Account Manager

Brakes UK is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join their remote contact centre team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention, growth, and development of a portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop profitable sales growth across existing customer base by:
- Understanding customer needs and preferences
- Identifying new business opportunities and working collaboratively with colleagues to convert and onboard them
- Proactively managing customer retention and reducing churn
- Growing share of wallet and building a pipeline across product categories
- Up-to-date product and service knowledge
- Actively managing risk within the customer base, including lost sales and credit exposure
- Developing account plans and contact strategy to maximise customer contact and foster robust customer relationships
- Commercially aware and able to interrogate, interpret, and act upon various data sources

- Previous experience in a structured sales or telesales environment
