Head of Retail Marketing Innovation

We are seeking a creative leader to join our team at Salt Search as Head of Retail Marketing Innovation. This is a crucial role for our business, requiring a strong understanding of the luxury beauty industry and the ability to develop compelling brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a brand vision and business objectives through creative and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the approach for each flagship store, setting standards for the business and developing consumer journeys.
  • Research and stay ahead of industry trends and new materials to ensure the business remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to market captivating product displays and increase sales and revenue.
  • Understand customer buyer behavior to share insights for the brand.

Requirements:

  • Strong luxury experience in multiple global stores.
  • Excellent creativity in construction and visual marketing for the brand strategy.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD).
  • Previous line management experience as a member of the leadership team.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with the wider business in sales, merchandising, and creative services departments.
