About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in forecasting demand and ensuring that our supply chain is aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all items within your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that demand plans are aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Communicate demand plans and forecasts to stakeholders, including supply planners, commercial teams, and senior leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with demand planning and forecasting tools and technologies, such as JDA Planning Systems.
- A strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
