Demand Forecasting Specialist

About the Role
As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our supply chain strategy by providing accurate and insightful demand forecasts. You will collaborate closely with our dynamic Demand Team and the broader Supply Chain and Operations Business Unit to ensure seamless alignment between commercial objectives and production planning.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive demand plans for a rolling 24-month horizon, encompassing all products within your designated portfolio.
- Foster strong relationships with the commercial team, ensuring they are fully aligned with the established demand plan.
- Effectively communicate the demand plan to supply planners across multiple manufacturing sites, facilitating smooth production processes.
- Conduct in-depth analytical tasks to support the Supply Chain and Operations team, driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in demand planning.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, leveraging its analytical capabilities to generate accurate forecasts.
- Possess experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise in demand forecasting and supply chain management.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Embrace a collaborative team-oriented approach, actively sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve optimal solutions.
- Familiarity with JDA Planning Systems will be highly advantageous.
