Key Responsibilities:

Drive the successful delivery of the Local Plan, including associated Area Action Plans and Supplementary Planning Documents. Manage research and policy development projects, including overseeing consultants. Provide expert planning policy advice and deputize for the Planning Policy Manager. Key Qualifications & Skills:

Planning qualifications and relevant planning policy experience, ideally within a London context. Strong leadership skills with experience managing projects and teams. Benefits:

Competitive pay rate: £45-£55 per hour (negotiable) Hybrid working model Duration: Initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension. About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join 4Recruitment Services as a Principal Planning Policy Officer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of the Local Plan, including associated Area Action Plans and Supplementary Planning Documents. You will also manage research and policy development projects, including overseeing consultants, and provide expert planning policy advice and deputize for the Planning Policy Manager.
